Join us for Sunset Sculpt & Stretch – a slow, soul-firing session designed to leave you feeling strong, soft, and completely in your body.

We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up before moving into a low-impact sculpt series inspired by Pilates and barre, focused on mindful, breath-led movement to build deep strength. Expect a delicious burn in all the right places, guided with intention and flow.

As the sun begins to dip, we’ll transition into long, grounding stretches that melt tension and open the body, finishing with stillness under the sky.

This class is perfect if you’re craving movement that feels both energising and calming – a chance to reconnect with yourself, the community, and the present moment.
